The first high impact strategy employed by Visions for Change, Inc. for this sole purpose is the CNY Bridges and Circles™ Campaign. Circles™ is a non-traditional human service strategy driven by a coalition of interested citizens across class and race utilizing the combined philosophies of Bridges Out of Poverty and the national Circles™ model to equip people to permanently transition out of poverty and into economic stability and life prosperity.
